Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Requests received later than 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.
If the conference is canceled for any reason, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. You may get the credit back to your original payment method, which will be credited within 5 working days of the request being received.
Refund Policy
A candidate once registered and paid the registration fee is not allowed to cancel the registration. The registration fee for the conference once paid is not refundable.
